4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of 89bd9 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must deposit a minimum of ৳500.

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• The welcome bonus applies once per person only.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The 89bd9 VIP program has three tiers, each with its own weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can progress to higher tiers step by step based on your activity and participation on the platform. The specific terms applicable for receiving cashback will be determined in accordance with the prevailing promotional policy.

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bd9 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and legal action:

• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud, deception or using a false identity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Deliberately using multiple identities to obtain bonus benefits.
• Abusing fraudulent payment methods or the chargeback process.
• Applying coordinated group financial strategies against the platform.

8.1 Platform Liability

89bd9 will bear no liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from the failure or delay of a third-party payment service provider.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, cyber attacks and similar circumstances.
• Financial loss caused by a player's own incorrect information or negligence.

8.2 Service Availability

We always strive to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues. The platform will make every effort in such situations, but will not be obliged to provide any compensation.

10.1 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.2 Severability Clause
